Carbon Filtration · Raleigh, NC

The System Most Raleigh Homes Actually Need.

Raleigh's water comes from Falls Lake and Lake Benson and is treated with ozone, activated carbon, and chloramine before it reaches you. It tests soft, so chloramine taste and odor is the thing homeowners notice. Whole-home carbon filtration handles it at every fixture.

What It Solves

The problems that bring most homeowners to us.

Chloramine Taste And Odor

The number one thing Raleigh homeowners call us about, from North Hills to Wakefield.

Shower Air That Smells Like A Pool

Filtering at the main line means the shower is treated too, not just the kitchen faucet.

Coffee And Ice That Taste Off

Treated water changes how everything brewed or frozen in your kitchen tastes.

General Organic Contaminants

Activated carbon reduces a broad range of organic compounds carried through the distribution system.

How It Works

Activated carbon at the main line.

Your incoming water passes through a bed of high-grade activated carbon media before it reaches any fixture. Chloramine, chlorine, taste and odor compounds, and a range of organics adsorb onto the carbon surface, and treated water continues to the house. There are no cartridges to swap monthly. The bed backwashes itself on a schedule, and the media is replaced on a multi-year cycle we track for you.
