Services

Built for the
Triangle's Water.

Every system starts with a free in-home water test. We recommend only what your home actually needs — most installs combine a softener with carbon filtration, plus reverse osmosis at the kitchen sink.

Every home in the Triangle sees a different mix of hardness, chloramines, iron, and everything else — Raleigh city water is a different animal than a private well in Chatham County. Instead of selling a package, we measure your water first and then build a system that only addresses what your specific home has. The four services below are the building blocks; how they combine depends entirely on what your test shows.

The four services

What each one solves, and what's included.

Whole-Home Water Softener

Removes calcium and magnesium throughout your entire home. Protects pipes, appliances, and fixtures from scale.

Hard water is the most common issue we test for across the Triangle. A whole-home softener uses ion exchange to strip calcium and magnesium out of your incoming supply before it reaches a single fixture. The result is soap that actually lathers, glassware without spots, showers that feel like they actually rinse, and appliances that stop fighting scale on every cycle. Every install includes system sizing based on your household size and measured hardness, professional plumb-in at your main line, brine tank setup, program configuration, and a full walk-through before we leave.

Whole-Home Carbon Filtration

Reduces chloramines, taste, odor, and a range of common contaminants from city water. Cleaner water at every tap.

Municipal water in Raleigh and the greater Triangle is disinfected with chlorine or chloramine to keep it safe through the distribution system — but those disinfectants come with you into the shower and the glass. A whole-home carbon system reduces chloramines, chlorine, taste and odor compounds, and a range of other common contaminants at the point of entry, so every tap in the house benefits. Installs include the properly sized carbon tank, plumbing tie-in, bypass valve for future service, and a full explanation of what your system is doing and when the media eventually needs attention.

Reverse Osmosis (Under-Sink)

High-performance drinking water at your kitchen sink. Multi-stage filtration, pure taste.

Reverse osmosis is the gold standard for drinking water at the kitchen sink. Our under-counter systems combine multi-stage sediment and carbon pre-filtration with a semi-permeable RO membrane that dramatically reduces dissolved solids, taste-off compounds, and a wide range of contaminants — including the ones people ask most about, like PFAS. Installation includes the RO unit, storage tank, dedicated faucet at the sink, connection to the cold line, and (when a customer wants it) a fridge line hookup so ice and dispenser water run on RO as well.

Well Water Treatment

Custom treatment for iron, manganese, and sulfur in well water across Chatham and Harnett County.

Private wells are their own story — every well is different, and no two homes need the exact same stack. We build well water treatment around what your specific water actually contains: iron and manganese removal for orange or black staining, oxidation and filtration to eliminate the rotten-egg sulfur smell, softening when hardness is present, and sediment control when needed. Installs typically pair the treatment stack in your utility area with any bypass and pressure work required to keep the well pump and pressure tank healthy long-term.
